Creek Company currently accepts Master Card and Visa. Promotional codes may be used to receive discounts. All payment choices are made during the checkout process.

Shipping information
Creek Company uses the United Parcel Service (UPS) as our main shipping provider. The default method of shipping is ground and usually takes between 7-10 business days.
Orders Outside Lower 48
Please call us for any orders to be shipped outside of the lower 48 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
Express Mail Orders
Please call us for any orders that you would like shipped express mail.
* Physical address is required for delivery. No PO Boxes!

Oversized Items
Certain oversized items, such as float tubes and pontoon boats, may have additional shipping charges. These costs are noted on the product display pages and apply in addition to regular shipping fees.

International orders
The Creek Company website does not currently take orders for shipment outside of the lower 48 United States. Please call for international orders.

Returning an item
Damaged merchandise
If your item has been damaged during shipping, we will make every effort to replace your item. If the same item is no longer available we will advise you about other items you may be interested in based on your previous selection, or we will refund the full amount paid for the item. All return items must be accompanied by a Return ID Code. Please call us at (970) 879-5221 to discuss your return and receive a Return ID Code.
Other Returns
New and unused items may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase. You must call (970)879-5221 for a Return Authorization # prior to return. All inflatable products may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Please call for details.
Please use all original packaging when returning an item and be sure to include your original packing slip.
All refunds will be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement.
